INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you submit a waitlist, partnership, research or contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email, phone number, location, hair profile, styling habits, product interests, budget range, business information, social handles and free-text responses.

The storefront also uses browser storage to remember your shopping bag. In local or Replit preview mode, form submissions may be saved in your own browser so the submission experience can be tested without a production form backend.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, manage early-access lists, understand product interest, segment communications, evaluate partnership opportunities, improve the website and product experience, and support customer service. We do not need your card number to operate our storefront forms.

FORMS + SERVICE PROVIDERS

Pre-launch reservation forms collect contact, product-interest and optional hair-profile information so House of Amayah can manage launch access and future product communication. This website does not request or collect payment-card information during the pre-launch period.

The website may use externally hosted media or links where identified. We aim to keep core storefront assets self-hosted so the experience remains fast and resilient.

COOKIES + BROWSER STORAGE

The current static storefront does not require an advertising cookie to display products. It uses local storage for practical functions such as the shopping bag and preview-mode submissions. If analytics, advertising pixels or additional personalization services are added later, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.

YOUR CHOICES

You can choose not to submit optional form fields. You can clear your browser storage through your browser settings. You may also ask House of Amayah to update or delete information you submitted, subject to information we reasonably need to retain for transactions, legal obligations, fraud prevention or legitimate business records.

CHILDREN

This website and its commerce, waitlist and partnership experiences are not designed for children to submit personal information without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

CHANGES

We may update this policy as the storefront, service providers or data practices change. The date at the top will be revised when a new version is posted.

CONTACT

Privacy questions can be submitted through the general contact form or directed to House of Amayah at 235 Mitchell Street SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303.
